Addmaster Welcomes HELM as New China Distribution Partner

As Addmaster continues to expand its global presence, we are pleased to announce that HELM has been appointed as our new official distributor in China. This transition comes following the business closure of our previous distributor, Jebsen & Jessen China, and marks a new chapter for Addmaster’s operations in the region.

The Transition: A Seamless Move to HELM

In August 2024, upon learning about the unexpected closure of Jebsen & Jessen China, we swiftly initiated discussions with potential partners to ensure continued service to our customers in China. HELM emerged as the ideal candidate due to their extensive experience in chemical distribution, strong infrastructure, and a commitment to excellence. By the end of August, we had already engaged in productive meetings at HELM’s Shanghai office to finalise our partnership.

By early September 2024, HELM was officially appointed as our new distributor in China. Over the following weeks, our teams worked closely to facilitate a smooth transition. By October 2024, the transition from Jebsen & Jessen China to HELM was successfully completed, ensuring uninterrupted service and support for our clients.

It is important to note that this change affects only our business operations in China. The Southeast Asia (SEA) region remains unaffected, with Jebsen & Jessen continuing to handle distribution there. This strategic approach ensures stability and continuity across our entire distribution network.
