Schwarz Group Launches Range of Biomaster Protected Storage Boxes

Kaufland, the German supermarket chain with more than 1,200 stores across Europe, has launched a new range of high quality plastic storage boxes with Biomaster antimicrobial protection.

The German retailer collaborated with Scandinavian company Plast-Team to create their own label version of the simple, functional and classic storage containers for small, medium and large items.

Biomaster reduces the growth of bacteria on the surfaces of the box and offers a second line of protection in between cleans. The built-in antimicrobial protection stays effective for the lifetime of the product and can be recycled without any complications.

The boxes are also suitable for food storage. Biomaster is tested to ISO 22196 and is completely safe to use with food and beverages and has no trace of taste, smell, or colouring.

Kaufland is part of the Schwarz Group which also owns Lidl. The chain operates in Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Moldova.
